Ferme de la Bracadelle
Free-range Gascon black pigs
The place
La Ferme de la Bracadelle is, above all, a two-handed venture. Marion and Mathieu settled in the Lauragais to make a living from what they love. They farm in a way that matches their values, and have chosen to raise cochon noir gascon (Gascon black pig) in the open.
These rustic, even-tempered pigs grow slowly: a minimum cycle of twelve months. At Bracadelle they have everything they need to develop properly. Meadows, chestnut woods, white oak, and cereals grown on the farm itself.
From traditional charcuterie to fresh cuts, the quality and singular flavour of the produce speaks for itself.
If you stop by, you will find other equally engaging animals to meet...
