The place
Sanhes ice creams are made on the family dairy farm near Rodez, in the Aveyron. They are made with organic milk from the farm's Montbéliarde herd.
We first came across them at the Estivada in Rodez. The taste from that first encounter has stayed with us.
The range has grown over the years, and the choice now is genuinely difficult: each flavour is as good as the next.
