The brewery has come a long way since its first batches in 2011. Brasserie de la pleine lune now offers fifteen beers, most of them certified organic, plus a house organic Limoonade whose recipe stays firmly in-house.
You'll find the classics, white, blonde and amber, alongside trendier specials. Then come the limited runs born from collaborations with other brewers, and stronger styles for those after something with more body.
