The place
Brasseurs de la Cité is a young craft brewery at the foot of the medieval Cité de Carcassonne. The team are fond of their corner of the world. The beers carry the name of the old town: Ciutat, the Cité in Occitan.
The little workshop turns out solid small-batch beers. Depending on the season, you can also bring in your own labels and brew a custom batch with the team.
Alongside, they make a range of three made-in-Carcassonne sodas.
The commitment of these brewers is on a par with their attachment to a city they clearly love.
