The place
Domaine du Vallon des Glauges runs from the foot of Mont Menu to the Tour des Opies. Romain Baehni found this site, set in a fold of the Alpilles, the right place to put his craft to work. After years working abroad, he now makes wines that bear his stamp from the dry *terroir* of Provence.
Since it was founded, <a href="https://www.vallondesglauges.com/">Domaine du Vallon des Glauges</a> has worked to keep the vineyard's wider ecosystem healthy. The estate offers three <a href="https://www.vallondesglauges.com/fr/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cuvées</a> in AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, in red, white and rosé.
